Devin began his mortgage career in 2019 and quickly established himself as a leader in the real estate finance space. After earning his degree in Economics from the University of Miami in 2021, he founded ProAlpha Capital, a nationally recognized mortgage brokerage specializing in commercial and investment property loans. Devin has successfully helped scale ProAlpha into a powerhouse for real estate investors nationwide, known for delivering creative financing solutions, investor-focused products, and exceptional client service.

With deep expertise in DSCR, Fix & Flip, Bridge, and commercial loan programs, Devin not only advises clients but actively invests himself. He is the founder of The Hockey House, a niche real estate investment model designed specifically for professional athletes—particularly hockey players. The business acquires, renovates, and operates short- and mid-term rental properties tailored to the needs of young developmental players and professionals, utilizing the BRRRR strategy to scale its portfolio.

Devin’s passion lies in helping clients and fellow loan officers master real estate investing through strategic financing. His hands-on approach to mentorship has empowered dozens of loan officers to develop high-performing niches within the mortgage industry.

Dividing his time between Connecticut and Sarasota, FL, Devin lives with his partner Jaclyn, a trust and estates attorney. Together, they enjoy golf, pickleball, and scouting their next flip, rental, or investment venture.

AJ is a Mortgage Industry Leader, Compliance Specialist, and Outdoor Enthusiast with over 30 years of experience across wholesale and retail lending. Known for his expertise in compliance, operations, and team development, he has successfully managed regulatory audits, launched new divisions, and fostered collaborative branch environments since the age of 19.

As Manager at Miller Mortgage, AJ drives the firm's top-tier audit results, customer service, and operational efficiency. His hands-on leadership and deep knowledge of Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, HUD, USDA, and Non-QM guidelines set him apart. AJ’s commitment to training and team unity is the foundation of his success.

Outside of work, AJ is a devoted husband and father of four. He enjoys the outdoors, hunting, fishing, and mechanical projects—bringing the same passion and precision to his hobbies as he does to his career.
